The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the rental of a mobile boiler with trailer for a time period of October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 to supplement/backup current boilers. Specifically a brand name or equal Cleaver Brooks boiler; 200HP, natural gas, fire tube, with a right side discharge for hot water. Location is at Waymart, PA 18472. The vendor would also be responsible for delivery, set-up, training, operational testing, disconnect, and haul away. This solicitation will be set aside for small business. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price, technical, delivery time, and past performance considered as the evaluation factors with all being equal. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 13, 2019 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
