Cleo holds an exclusive licensing of Clarify software and does not allow third party vendors to resell or the support of the Clarify software. FPI moving to another EDI automation solution would not be cost effective and extremely costly since training would need to be conducted for any System Administrator (SA) charged with implementing, troubleshooting or maintaining the EDI environment.
