The DOJ, Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Acquisition Management Division (AMD) is issuing this notice to identify qualified and responsible businesses that can assist with the BJS requirement for R&D on law enforcement CFS national data collection. The goal of the contract is to obtain qualified contractor support to assist BJS with defining the scope of a national CFS program, piloting the collection of CFS data, and developing a strategy for scaling the work to collect nationally representative CFS data from law enforcement agencies. The requested information is to confirm the independent government cost estimate (IGCE), acquisition timeline and strategy, and industry capability.
