This is a FAR 13.501 Sole Source Justification document for the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Asset Forfeiture Division (AFD) to award a sole source contract to RBEX, Inc. for vehicle services in the NY & NJ areas. The justification covers a 6-month firm-fixed-price contract from February 23, 2025 to August 22, 2025, for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in NY/NJ. The document justifies RBEX, Inc. as the sole source provider due to their existing infrastructure, organizational capabilities, and ability to provide immediate services without interruption.
