The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for proper packaging/labeling, transportation, storage, and disposal services for bulk seized/forfeited chemicals, to include pharmaceuticals from the Central District of California See Material Safety Data Sheets for specific information on the chemicals. The existing inventory of chemicals in USMS custody is currently being stored in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Chemical Services in the Central District of California. THE PURPOSE OF THE MAY 12, 2023 AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS TO THE SOLICITATION ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THE MAY 16, 2023 AMENDMENT IS TO CLARIFY AND UPDATE ANSWERS TO SOLICITATION QUESTIONS.
