Amendment attached to this notice. ************************************************************************************************************************************* The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Asset Forfeiture Division is in need of towing, appraisal, storage, maintenance, and disposal services of seized/forfeited vehicles from the Districts of Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The goal is to maintain the value and condition of each asset pending forfeiture or other action of the Federal Courts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.0, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a Small Business Size Standard of $32M.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 493190, Other Warehousing and Storage. Under this solicitation, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby issued and is identified under solicitation number 15M50023QA4400001. All responsible sources may submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote in response to this RFQ. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) resulting from this contract to the company who submits the offer that represent the best value to the Government (Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price). The contract will be for a base period of 12 months from 1 February 2023 – 31 January 2024 with four (4) additional 12 month option periods. FAR 52.217-8 “Option to Extend Services” will be incorporated to the solicitation/contract and may be exercised at the Contracting Officer discretion (end of option year four). The multiple year contract shall not exceed a total contract length including options of 66 months. FAR clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement.
