BACKGROUND The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to Relocate, Appraise, Store, Maintain and Dispose of seized and/or forfeited Vehicles throughout the United States. This requirement is for the Districts of Alabama, Districts of Arkansas, Districts of Mississippi, and Districts of Tennessee. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The USMS is posting this announcement as an RFI only, for the upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov. This RFI is issued for the purpose of identifying the availability of potential qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirement. The solicitation will be for the Towing, Appraisal, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Vehicles to the General Public as a customary business practice in the Jackson, Mississippi; Knoxville, Tennessee; Memphis, Tennsessee; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Montgomery, Alabama metropolitan areas. The vehicle services contract will be for a base year and four (4) one-year options. There are (5) five locations of Contract Performance. Southern District of Mississippi: 25 miles of 501 E Court Street, Jackson, MS 39201. Eastern District of Tennessee: 25 miles of 800 Market St., Knoxville, TN 37902. Western District of Tennessee: 25 miles of 167 N. Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103. Eastern District of Arkansas: 25 miles of 600 W. Capitol, Little Rock, AR 72201. Middle District of Alabama: 25 miles of 1 Church Street, Montgomery, AL 36104.
