The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to provide national and international relocation, storage, maintenance, appraisal, and disposal services for the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Asset Forfeiture Division. This requirement is for vessel services, specifically. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for the Relocation, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of vessels to the General Public as a customary business practice nationally and internationally. The vessel services contract will be for a base period and four (4) one-year options periods.
