This requirement is to provide national and international aircraft relocation, storage, maintenance, appraisal, and disposal services for seized and forfeited aircraft for the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Asset Forfeiture Division (AFD). Aircraft types typically covered within the scope of this effort include, but are not limited to, small fixed-wing General Aviation aircraft; rotor-craft, and corporate size turbine powered aircraft, drones, and helicopter. The national coverage area includes the United States, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. International locations are unknown and services requested will be rare. One facility is required in the Miami area and another in the central United States. Please see the Statement of Work for further information. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a base year with four one-year options for a total of five years. This solicitation is Set-aside as 100% Small Business.
