The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for relocation, storage and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and District of Columbia. The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for the relocation, storage and sale of vehicles and property for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and District of Columbia.
