The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized / forfeited vehicles in the Districts of Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western District of Pennsylvania. The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a base year with four one-year options for a total of five years. This solicitation is Set-aside as 100% Small Business. The FedBizOpps web site (www.fbo.gov) provides downloading instructions.
