The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for dog care services for approximately 40 pit bull terriers involved in dog fighting for the Southern District of Georgia. Services are to include, but not limited to, relocation, kenneling, vet care, behavioral analysis, expert witness testimony and adoption. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Dog Care Services for the Asset Forfeiture Division.
