The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of FAR Part 13 to CAMP System International, 999 Marconi Ave., Ronkonkoma, NY. 11779 for Maintenance Tracking Services for JPATS owned Boeing 737-400, Boeing 737-700 and Boeing 737-800 Aircraft. All these aircraft are currently enrolled in the low utilization maintenance inspection program which was developed in accordance with the requirements of Part 125.247(e)(3). CAMP Systems International, Inc. has negotiated a data licensing agreement with Boeing for the 737 Aircraft MSG-3 data and has full rights to utilize the Boeing data. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2023 – September 30, 2024. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of FAR 13.5. Per FAR 13.501(a)(2)(ii) the approved sole source justification is attached to this notice. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488190 - Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. This Notice of Intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. However, any information received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice must be addressed in writing via e-mail to Victor J. Stamps, Contracting Officer, at Victor.J.Stamps@usdoj.gov. no later than 12:00 pm CST on September 26, 2023. No phone calls regarding questions will be accepted and will not receive a response. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
