The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Aircraft Navigational Charting and Mapping Services. The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award a single source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) to Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc., 55 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112 for navigational charting and mapping services for JPATS’ owned Boeing 737-400(s), Boeing 737-700 and Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The period of performance for this requirement is a twelve (12) month subscription renewal from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b) for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
