The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award a single source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) to Jeppesen Sanderson Inc, 55 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112, for Jeppesen Operator, a Flight Information System (FIS), to streamline, simplify and consolidate a variety of applications, products, services and licensing which manage the scheduling, movement, billing and optimization of prisoner movements. This requirement is for an estimated 180-day period. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers. This proposed contract action is for supplies/services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to this requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later than 12:00 pm (noon) ET, April 1, 2019. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the interested firm's capabilities to provide all the required supplies/services. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon these responses is solely within the discretion of the Government.
