This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a United States Marshals Service Request for Proposal (15M20021RA32H0002) for the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and each territory (US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico) coverage Home Intrusion Detection System (HIDS) Installation and Alteration contract for the Office of Security Systems (OSS) in the Judicial Security Division (JSD). The purpose of this procurement is to provide the full service of installation, maintenance, and central station monitoring for 2000 existing residential security systems. A residential security system consists of standard and non-proprietary commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) alarm system products and components. The anticipated contract will be to issue task orders for: Installations and alterations of residential security systems Maintenance services Central station monitoring Cellular monitoring services The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting contract will be Fixed-Price (fixed rate) with a one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods.
