This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a United States Marshals Service Request for Proposal (15M20020QA32H0001) for Guam and Northern Mariana Islands Coverage Home Intrusion Detection System (HIDS) Installation and Alteration contract for the Office of Security Systems (OSS) in the Judicial Security Division (JSD). The purpose of this procurement is to provide the full service of installation, maintenance, and central station monitoring for 20 existing residential security systems in Guam and Hawaii. A residential security system consists of standard and non-proprietary commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) alarm system products and components. The anticipated contract will be to issue task orders for: Installations and alterations of residential security systems Maintenance services Central station monitoring Cellular monitoring services The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting contract will be Fixed-Price (fixed rate) with a one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods.
