This notice uses the combined synopsis/solicitation stated in FAR Part 5.203(a)(1) & (2). A sole source award is intended to Moodle US LLC pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) based on Moodle US LLC being the original source for the proprietary software. However, any interested party may provide a quote in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All quotes received will be fairly considered. Please review all attachments as it relates to this procurement.
