Offerors must email their response to a specified DOJ contact with the RFQ number in the subject line and submit two volumes: a quote on company letterhead with line-item pricing, estimated delivery dates, and 90-day validity, plus a signed SF-1449 with completed pricing and clauses. Quotes must include the company’s CAGE code, and offerors must be registered in SAM. Items are not name-brand specific, and technical substitutions are allowed if supporting specifications are provided; non-responsive quotes will not be evaluated.
