Offerors must follow the attached SF1449 and accompanying statement of work, completing and signing the form with pricing under the schedule of supplies/services. Supporting documentation must be provided on company letterhead with company name, logo, address, point of contact, contact info, and CAGE code. All offerors must be registered in SAM and be IPP compliant before award. Quotes must be submitted as a single combined PDF via email to the designated contact, with the required subject line format. Failure to comply with these instructions will make the quote unresponsive and it will not be evaluated.
