Offerors must submit a completed and signed SF1449 with pricing entered under the schedule of supplies/services, along with supporting documentation on company letterhead that includes company details, point of contact, and CAGE code. All prospective offerors must be registered in SAM and hold a CAGE code. The awarded vendor must be IPP compliant. Quotes must be emailed as a single combined PDF file with the correct subject line format. Failure to comply with any instructions will render the quote non-responsive and it will not be evaluated.
