Offerors must submit a quote via email to Jennifer.Brite@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number in the subject line, and include two volumes: Volume 1, a quote on company letterhead with company details and CAGE code, and Volume 2, a signed SF-1449 with pricing and required clauses. All offerors must be registered in SAM. Technical substitutions are not allowed, but items are not brand-name specific; quotes for other-than-specified items must include technical specifications for evaluation. The government requests additional discounts. Failure to follow all instructions will render the quote non-responsive and it will not be evaluated.
