Offerors must submit two volumes: a letterhead quote with company details and CAGE code, and a signed SF-1449 with pricing and required clauses. All offerors must be registered in SAM. The response must be emailed to Jennifer.Brite@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number in the subject line. Technical substitutions are not allowed, but items are not brand-specific, so alternate quotes must include technical specifications for evaluation. Failure to follow all instructions, including the schedule and clause requirements, will render the quote non-responsive and it will not be evaluated.
