Prospective offerors must submit a quote on company letterhead including CAGE code, and be registered with SAM. The SF-1449 form must be returned signed, with pricing filled in on the CLINs and required clauses completed. Technical substitutions are not allowed, but items are not name-brand specific; quotes for alternatives must include technical specifications for evaluation. To be considered responsive, all instructions in Section 1 of the schedule must be followed, and quotes should be emailed to the designated contact. The government may seek additional discounts, and failure to comply with any instructions will render the quote non-responsive.
