Offerors must submit a quote on company letterhead, including CAGE code, and be registered in SAM. The submission must include a signed SF-1449 with pricing on all CLINs and completed required clauses. Technical substitutions are not allowed, though items are not brand-specific; quotes for alternative products must include technical specifications for evaluation. Failure to follow all instructions will render the quote non-responsive and it will not be evaluated. All submissions must be sent to the designated government email address with the RFQ number in the subject line.
