Offerors must submit quotes via email to Jennifer.Brite@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number in the subject line, providing a letterhead quote with company details, CAGE code, and SAM registration. A signed SF-1449 with pricing on the CLINs and completed required clauses must also be submitted. Quotes must follow the instructions in Section 1 of the attached RFQ, as noncompliance will be deemed non-responsive. Technical substitutions are not allowed, but items are not brand-specific; if offering alternatives, technical specifications must be provided for evaluation. The government seeks additional discounts.
