Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a request for quotes for supplies or services where items are not name-brand specific, though technical substitutions are not allowed. The government seeks additional discounts. Proposals must be responsive and include two volumes: a formal quote on company letterhead with CAGE code and SAM registration, and a completed and signed SF-1449 form with pricing. If a quote is for an "other than" item, technical specifications must be submitted for evaluation.
