Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a request for quotes for supplies or services where items are not name-brand specific, but technical substitutions are not allowed. The government seeks additional discounts. To be responsive, quotes must be submitted in two volumes: a formal quote on company letterhead and a completed SF-1449 form. Offerors must have a CAGE code and be registered in the System for Award Management.
