Question and Answers:2 Questions: Does equipment have to follow the APL list of Approved devices from DISA? Does the equipment need to be TAA Compliant ? Due to the global microchip shortage APL approved equipment is up to 250 days backorder, will the government take this into account for POP timeline? Responses: No, DISA only applies to DoD projects as far as what I am reading. Yes it must be TAA compliant, but I believe the TAA threshold is $183,000 so may not apply here. See #1, probably does not apply since not using DISA APL.
