When Submitting Quotes address e-mail subject: GA Furniture, ATTN: Abdul Dunn The scope of this contract is comprised of: New Furniture: Conference Table, 8 Conference Room Chairs, and 12 Workstations. Conference Table and 8 Conference Room Chairs (see attached pictures) Delivered and installed on or before May 2, 2022. Conference Table not to exceed 8 feet in length. 8 Standard Conference Room Chairs. Workstations to be (see attached picture) Delivered and installed on or before May 2, 2022. Be 6 feet by 10 feet with ample storage and filing. Panels to be 50 inches tall, with 15-inch glass topper or something similar. Stations have 10 feet of linear storage above worksurface with task lights underneath. Each workstation to include a lateral file and pedestal with box drawers and single filing drawer. Be uniform in appearance and complement office colors. Office colors are beige and off-white. The attached workstation of beige coloring with ‘wood look’ desktop, complements the office. Be fully and properly connected to power and IT network system points. Not interfere with natural light from windows. Provide adequate storage and artificial lighting to support work processes. Provide individual workspaces for employees. *A move back to the permanent facility. (Un-priced option CLIN to move back to original permanent facility)
