The due date for responses has been extended to 5:00pm ET on April 4, 2022. See attached amended RFQ. --------------------------------------------- The United States Trustees Program (USTP), a component of the Department of Justice (DOJ), intends to solicit, for brand name or equivalent Livescan electronic fingerprinting services, on a limited basis, from the following 15 FBI-Approved Fingerprinting Channelers with Current sam.gov registrations, that are organized as a small business concern under NAICS code 561611, Investigation Services: 1A Tampa Livescan Fingerprinting, LLC; Accurate Biometrics; American Bioidentity, Inc.; Automation Designs & Solutions, Inc.; Biometric Impressions Corp.; Biometrics4All; Datamaxx Applied Technologies, Inc.; Digital Trusted Identity Services, LLC; Fulcrum Biometrics, Inc.; Identification International, Inc.; National Background Check, Inc.; National Credit Reporting; Telos Identity Management Solutions LLC; Thales DIS USA, Inc.; and VetConnex. Limited sourcing is required because the awarded vendor must be cleared/certified by the FBI according to their standards for Fingerprinting Channelers that can be found at https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/compact-council/list-of-approved-channelers. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Subpart 13.106, Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation (January 2022) with FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (November 2021.)
