The U.S. Trustee Program is conducting market research for a vendor to provide and install a standalone Gallagher access-control and video-surveillance system at its Detroit, MI office. The anticipated system includes six PIV Gallagher card readers, a Gallagher Command Centre server/workstation, door hardware, three Bosch motion sensors, three 360-degree IP cameras, a dedicated PoE security network, UPS backup, and complete programming, integration, testing, documentation, warranties, and training. A site visit will be held on September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at 211 W. Fort Street, Detroit, MI 48226; vendors must notify the POC to attend. Interested vendors should provide company/UEI/contact information, a Gallagher/access-control/security-networking/video-surveillance capability statement, past performance, confirmation of site-visit attendance, and any questions. This RFI is for planning only, no contract will be awarded from it, and responses are voluntary.
