Please see the attached file entitled, "FLM Solicitation Qs and As". This amendment also makes changes to the combined synopsis/solicitation. Please see the attached file entitled, "Combined Synopsis_Solicitation_Rev1" with track changes. 2/22/2024 - RFP Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to March 1, 2024 at 4:30pm ET. Offerors are advised that there is no requirement that an awarded firm be able to perform both secured and unsecured litigation and debt collection, but an awarded firm must be able to perform at least one of the two. The Government reserves the right to award up to two (2) contracts to fulfill the requirement of litigation and debt collection for secured and unsecured debt in this district.
