The Department intends to issue a bridge task order to continue the work under Task Order 15JPSS18F00000167 against International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract GS-00F-005DA for the VCF Claims Management System (CMS) and related support services to include development and deployment of the cloud-based replacement system, myVCF. The CMS was developed and deployed under the task order to support the Special Master appointed by the Attorney General to administer claims for compensation to any individual who suffered physical harm or personal representative of an individual killed as a result of the terrorist-related aircraft crashes of September 11, 2001, or the clean-up and debris removal efforts in the aftermath.
