SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The United States Department of Justice is seeking all Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned 8(a) firms, as well as Tribally-owned 8(a) companies, and service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns who are qualified to provide case information support services in support of the Civil Division. Additional detailed information is provided in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). INTRODUCTION: This sources sought announcement is requesting capability statements from all ANC-owned 8(a) firms, as well as Tribally-owned 8(a) companies, and SDVOSB concerns that can provide the required services under the NAICS Code 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. CONTRACT/PROGRAM BACKGROUND: The current effort provides mail processing support services; case analysis and classification; database integrity; and information analysis reporting; as well as other case information support services for the Civil Division. The current contract (i.e. Contract 15JPSS18C00000225 with Integrated Support Systems, Inc.) was awarded on October 1, 2018 and will expire on September 30, 2022. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties having the corporate capability and expertise necessary to perform the stated requirements outlined in the Draft SOW may submit capability statements via email in word or pdf format to christina.murray@usdoj.gov no later than 4:30pm on June 15, 2022. Responses shall be no more than 10 pages and shall include the following: 1) Business name and address; 2) Name of company representative and their business title; 3) Type of Business; 4) Cage Code and Unique Entity ID; 5) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the services, to include General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) 6) Qualifications – relevant experience to perform the required services. 7) Please share your experience and process of identifying and onboarding personnel for the required services and how long it took to staff up for the project? 8) The Department is interested in retaining the incumbent staff. Please provide your retention plan (or strategies) on how you would retain the incumbent staff for the required services. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personal reviewing RFI responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
