The U.S. Department of Justice is soliciting information on potential sources to provide legal access, orientation, and representation services in support of the Executive Office for Immigration Review. The results of this market research will contribute to determining whether there are interested, capable, and qualified businesses and non-profit organizations in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, qualifications, capacity, and capability that can meet the required services. Please see the attached sources sought notice and statements of work (SOW). Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add an additional program: Legal Access Program at the Border (LAB), provide additional questions, change the NAICS code to 541199, All Other Legal Services, that applies to this sources sought notice. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the FAR reference on Question #6 that applies to this sources sought notice.
