The Department intends to issue a sole-source bridge task order against General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant contract Number 47QTCK18D0031 for the continuation of information technology (IT) support services currently being performed by ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc. (ManTech) set to expire on September 30, 2022. The extension period will be for three (3) months, from October 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. This action will allow current EOIR OIT IT support services to continue uninterrupted while the Department evaluates the nature of its current requirements and plans for a comprehensive follow-on procurement. The proposed sole-source bridge task order will ensure continuation of mission-critical services to the EOIR OIT Division in the area of IT support services, which includes the following tasks listed below: ? Project Management Support (PMS) and System Engineering (SE) Services o Supports project modernization efforts and implementation across EOIR systems supporting over 80 court locations and verifies that security, program, and engineering documentation is drafted for final approval. ? IT Operations and Maintenance Support Services o Establishes, plans, and manages the full range of daily Service Desk Operations. Includes scheduling contractor employees to manage the service desk, maintaining and scheduling system updates, executing security patches for both networked and remote IT assets, and monitoring cyberattacks. o Provides personnel to manage and support IT software and hardware troubleshooting for the EOIR IT infrastructure network and workforce. This includes establishing and maintaining user accounts, monitoring use of IT equipment, processing hardware and software updates, and troubleshooting and resolving IT issues experienced by the EOIR workforce. o Inventory (tag/record/remedy), issue, and manage all EOIR IT assets provided to the EOIR workforce. ? IT Integration Services o Integrates and merges IT assets and programs obtained through DOJ with EOIR operations. For example, this includes all VTC services in support of court proceedings.
