The Department of Justice (DOJ) formally releases the attached Request for Proposals for Automated Litigation Support (ALS) services. Automated litigation support encompasses a wide range of professional services and products that help attorneys acquire, organize, develop, and present evidence throughout the course of litigation, from pre-filing investigation, through complaint, discovery, and trial, through post-trial briefs and the appeals process. Contractor personnel will furnish administrative, logistical, professional, and technical labor, supplies, equipment, facilities, materials, and technologies necessary to provide a wide range of professional services and products through the course of litigation. All questions concerning this RFP must received by November 12, 2019, in the manner specified in L.2 of the RFP. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposals until 5:00pm EST on December 18, 2019. The DOJ is still working on responding to all questions that were received and plans to have these posted soon. Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is the following: To respond to all questions that were received by November 12, 2019, in the manner specified in L.2.
