The Department of Justice intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1)(i) to Asset Management International of 1008 Western Ave STE 503 for support and maintenance of the existing Asset Tracking software. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on the company's unique ability to satisfy the agency's requirement. Asset Management International is the only company with rights to the system and software. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed priced order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, a sole source purchase order to Asset Management International. will be issued without further notice. Inquires will only be accepted by email.
