This RFQ closed on 12/5/2019 as stated in the attached RFQ. The resultant award is 15JPSS20C00000049 to ISS for a total amount of $682,887.60. The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ), Justice Management Division, Finance Staff requires services to provide administrative support for the Rule of Law (ROL) program which is a component of the US missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. This solicitation will be awarded to one qualified Contractor on a labor hour basis for all services contained in the Statement of Work. A qualified firm shall have experience in the NAICS code related to this requirement sufficient enough to meet the requirements contained in the Statement of Work. All offerors must submit a technical and price quote in accordance in order to be considered for award. This requirement is set aside for WOMAN-OWNED, SMALL BUSINESS concerns based on NAICS code 541219 with a size standard of $20.5 million. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted to the contracting officer at Velvette.clayton@usdoj.gov and received by Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 3:00 PM. The subject for all emails must include RFQ No. 15JPSS19Q0000056. The Government is not required to respond to any questions submitted in response to this solicitation. If the Government chooses to respond to any questions, the questions and answers will be posted to as an amendment to this solicitation within 3-5 days after the receipt date for all questions. 11/26/2019- Amendment One is provided as an attachment to this notice. Amendment one provides the answer to questions recieved. 12/2/2019- Amendment Two is provided as an attachment to this notice. Amendment two provides the answers to questions and updates the RFQ security requirements. 12/4/2019- Amendment Three is provided as an attachment to this notice. Amendment three provides the answers to questions and a revised SF30 for Amendment 2.
