The Department of Justice intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i) ExhibitOne of 14601 S 50th St Ste 120, Phoenix AZ for programing and expansionof existing AV software and hardware. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on the company's unique ability to satisfy the agency's requirement ExhibitOne completed the previous phase of this effort and is the only company with prerequisites to compete this Phase. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed priced order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, a sole source purchase order to ExhibitOne will be issued without further notice. Inquires will only be accepted by email.
