The Department of Justice intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1)(i) to Open Text Corporation of 275 Frank Tompa Dr Waterloo, ON, N2LoA1, CAN for eDOC DM Software Licenses. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on the company's unique ability to satisfy the agency's requirement. Open Text Corp. is the only acceptable supplier of these licenses. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
