The contract number is 15JPSS20D00000271. The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Asset Forfeiture Management Staff (AFMS) has a requirement to obtain clerical, administrative, and professional services to support its nationwide asset forfeiture program. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain services from a firm qualified to provide the required asset forfeiture clerical, administrative and professional support services. All questions must be received by no later than Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time on Attachment 12. Government responses to questions will be provided on the FBO web site within seven to ten business days. Proposals are due to the delivery location listed in the solicitation by 12:00 p.m. local Washington DC Time on Thursday, November 15, 2018. The Government will not accept facsimile or email submissions of offers for this procurement.Hand carried proposals must be coordinated with the CO at least three (3) business days in advance in writing by email as stated in the solicitation. Amendment 1- This amendment updates page 75, item 8, Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The revised solicitation with the highlighted change is attached. Amendment 2- This amendment extends the RFP response date to Thursday, November 29, 2018. The answers to all questions will be posted by COB on October 31, 2018. An updated RFP based on answers to questions will also be provided. Amendment 3- This amendment provides the responses to questions that were received in accordance with the RFP. Attached are an amended RFP and Attachments 1, 4, 5, 10, 12, 14 and 15. All changes are highlighted in the same color as the amendment number contained on page 1 of the RFP. Amendment 4- This amendment updates the attachments listed on page 42 of the RFP. Delete the current Attachment 11 and replace with the revised Attachment 11 as attached to this amendment. Add Attachment 16 as attached to this amendment. An amended RFP has also been attached with the RFP change as referenced highlighted. All changes are highlighted in the same color as the amendment number contained on page 1 of the RFP. Amendment 5- This amendment provides the responses to questions received regarding RFP information that was provided after October 16, 2018. Attachment 12 as provided with this amendment should be added to the responses provided with Amendment 3. An amended RFP is also provided that updates Section V, items J, M and N. All changes are highlighted in the same color as the amendment number contained on page 1 of the RFP. Amendment 6- This amendment provides the response to Attachment 12's question 122 as contained in Amendment 5. Attachment 12 as provided with this modification should be added to the responses provided with Amendment 3 and 5. An amended attachment 10, with the highlighted page 1 revision, is provided with this amendment. The RFP close date remains 12:00 p.m. local Washington DC Time on Thursday, December 6, 2018.
