Due to a numbering change FBO would not allow the RFP to be posted to this announcement. The Criminal Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ), Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS), International Asset Recovery (IAR) Support Services has a requirement for which the DOJ intends to award a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a schedule of fixed unit price, labor hour rates and other direct cost (ODC) handling charge factors. These services will include support for DOJ, Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies involved in federal seizure and forfeiture activities. Support capabilities are needed in order to facilitate the Government's ability to investigate, identify, restrain, forfeit, and dispose of non-fungible assets located abroad. This requirement will be solicited on a full-and-open basis utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. This is not a formal solicitation and submissions received in response to this pre-solicitation notice will not be considered as either bids or proposals. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released in the third or fourth quarter of 2018. The anticipated period of performance under any resultant contract will be one (1) base period and four (4) year options.
