The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Library Staff, is seeking a response to this RFQ for the purchase of 227 copies of Kurzban’s Immigration Law Sourcebook 17th edition to be shipped to 85 locations across the United States and the United States territories. This book contains copyright protected information utilized by Department personnel to execute its mission on behalf of the United States. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-08 FAR Case 2019-009 Effective 13 August 2020. (iii) Full item description: Kurzban Immigration Law Sourcebook 17th edition ISBN-13: 978-1-57370-445-8 227 copies to be delivered by September 26, 2020 to 85 locations across the United States and the United States territories. (iv) All offerors must read 52.204–24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and complete section (d) Representations. (d) Representation. The Offeror represents that— (1)It ? will, ? will not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the Government in the performance of any contract, subcontract or other contractual instrument resulting from this solicitation. The Offeror shall provide the additional disclosure information required at paragraph (e)(1) of this section if the Offeror responds “will” in paragraph (d)(1) of this section; and (2)After conducting a reasonable inquiry, for purposes of this representation, the Offeror represents that— It ? does, ? does not use covered telecommunications equipment or services, or use any equipment, system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment or services. The Offeror shall provide the additional disclosure information required at paragraph (e)(2) of this section if the Offeror responds “does” in paragraph (d)(2) of this section. (v) Responsible offerors will be evaluated on price alone. All quotes submitted shall be an ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE including shipping. No exceptions or additional terms will be accepted. (vi) Quotes are due no later than September 2, 2020 at 3:00 pm, EDT. Offerors shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) and CAGE code with their quote. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before award can be made to them.
