DOJ intends to establish a delivery order for Tyler Technologies’ Application Platform Reasonable Accommodation solution and associated services through NASA SEWP V. The acquisition is justified as a brand-name, one-manufacturer exception to fair opportunity. Competition will be restricted to SEWP V contract holders authorized to sell Tyler Technologies products. This action is cited under FAR Part 16 and supports Executive Order 14275, “Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement,” dated September 23, 2025.
