The Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (DOJ/EOIR) intends to issue a sole source combined synopsis and solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12.603 and 41.U.S.C 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(b)(1) to Wilson Security Systems, DUNS: 867963357. The applicable NAICS is 561210. The applicable PSC is 6350 Rationale: Wilson Security Systems is the proprietor and sole maintenance provider for the security system at 606 S. Olive St., Los Angeles, CA 90014. Utilizing a different source would result in duplication of cost and unexpected delays. Duration not to exceed 12 months. The DOJ/EOIR is conducting market research with the intent on finding sources capable of meeting the security needs of all of EOIR’s courts. The system at 606 S. Olive St. will be included in the forthcoming competed acquisition. Interested parties in the requirement for 606 S.
