This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written synopsis will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 15JE1R-20-PR-0510. This RFQ is set aside to small businesses only and is brand name or equal. Offerors shall quote fifty (50) steel-framed carts (Northern Specialty Supplies SMS-2-Medium Premium Mail Cart or equal). Specificiations are included in Attachment "BIA Mail Carts Combo Amendment 02." One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. FOB Destination only. Offerors are invited to read the attached document in its entirety and respond accordingly.
