The contract action taken was to sole-source transcription services to LingPerfect Translations, Inc. The contract was awarded as a Time and Materials contract with a a one year term pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.302-1. This is a bridge contract put in place, due to LingPerfect having personnel with active security clearances, to continue services during competition. This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
