The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Carahsoft Technology Corporation, 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 100, Reston, VA 20190, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The EOUSA anticipates award of a contract, on a sole source basis, to Carahsoft to provide HID software upgrade and professional services for the EOUSA SAFE Enterprise Visitor Manager (EVM) software upgrade from version 5.7 to version 5.19. Services include: a requirements gathering and solution specification review, assistance in configuring up to two (2) kiosks, support in creating up to five (5) custom reports, production post-go-live support, documentation updates and project management services. The anticipated period of performance is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
